Instagram is my preferred platform to market to. After connecting IFTTT to my business Twitter account, Pinterest, Facebook page, and Tumblr, I can easily post to all of them just by posting to Instagram.
You can also add a new pin to Pinterest whenever you add a new item to your
Etsy shop.
New/renewed Etsy listings can be synced to post on your Facebook page, Twitter and Pinterest!
