Brittany Trainor

These are perfect for a 4th of July party or just for fun!

Ingredients

  • Store bought animal crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. of honey
  • 2 tsp. of milk
  • food coloring (blue & red)
  • Optional: sprinkles

Combine 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of honey, and 2 teaspoons of milk in a bowl and mix together until fully blended.

Separate mixture into 2 separate  bowls. Add 1-2 drops of blue and 1-2 drops of red food coloring in each bowl and mix.

Once the desired color is reached, dip the smooth side of the animal cracker in the icing.

Add sprinkles while the icing is still wet.

Animal crackers can also be decorated by drizzling icing.

Let the icing dry for 2+ hours or until fully dry.

Switch up the colors for any holiday!
