Homemade Birthday Oreo Ice Cream

+ 3/4 cup granulated sugar

+ 2 cups heavy cream

+1 cup whole milk

+1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

+ pinch of salt

+ 8 crushed up birthday cake oreos

Combine the milk, sugar, and salt and whisk with a low speed mixer until sugar has dissolved. Add heavy cream and vanilla, and whisk 30 seconds. 

Use the Cuisinart ice cream maker and pour the mixture in while spinning. Let mix for 13 min.

Add in crushed up oreos while the ice cream maker is still on and mix for another 2 min. Pour mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 2+ hours. And enjoy!
